How you will create impact

• Work closely with the founders on various topics ranging from strategic initiatives to operational tasks in HR or Finance.
• Actively shape our people processes and support initiatives to foster an inspiring work environment including organising offsites, our feedback processes and active sourcing.
• Support finance & operations with bookkeeping and administrative processes.
• Manage our onboarding, offboarding, and recruiting processes to create an outstanding employee experience.

Your profile

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD program.
• Previous experience in dynamic environments (e.g., startups, venture capital, consulting, investment banking, tech companies, or fast-growing teams).
• Entrepreneurial mindset with high initiative and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Structured and solution-oriented work approach with great attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German (C2 level) and English.
• Creativity and interest in People & Culture processes.
• Strong self-organization skills and a hands-on mentality.
• Availability for 10–20 hours per week (flexible working hours).
• Based in Germany with the option to work remotely.
